Two tasty new products launched by Ingredients Direct at last month's Restaurant Show at Olympia London have attracted very positive feedback from potential customers.

Taster samples of summer fruits compote and mushroom pate were available from Ingredients Direct on the Wales the True Taste stand at the show.

The company was also in the spotlight when Welsh National Culinary Team members Nick Davies, Arwyn Watkins and Gareth Johns used Ingredients Direct's versatile products in their cooking demonstrations, which attracted large audiences.
